人力资源是构筑高校资源的第一要件,也是一切资源中最关键的部分。加强高校人力资源的系统化建设,必须树立人力资源系统化建设的人本观念,构建共同理想和精神支柱,建立健全竞争机制,建立合理的薪酬体系、激励机制和人才培训机制。
In colleges and universities, among resources human resources is not only the most important one but also is the most critical part. Undoubtedly it is not easy to strengthen its systematization construction. In details it has become very important to set up humanistic idea, common ideal and spiritual pillar. In addition competition mechanism, reasonable salary system and talent training mechanism should be established as soon as possible.
