摘要
高校教师作为知识型员工,具有与传统管理对象不同的特点。对高校教师的有效管理,必须建立起符合高校知识型员工特点的薪酬制度,即当期薪酬制度和延期薪酬制度。只有把当期分配和延期分配、短期激励和长期激励结合起来,高校才能稳定队伍,吸引人才,保持竞争优势。
As knowledge- based faculty, teachers from institutions of higher learning have different features from those under traditional administration. To administer the teachers effectively, we must establish a paying -system confirming to the features of knowledge- based faculty, namely instant paying- system and postpone paying-system. Only be combining instant assigning with postpone assigning, short - term stimulations with long - term stimulations, can institutions d higher learning stabilize the teaching faculty, attract intellectuals, and maintain competitive advantages.
