摘要
高职院校的薪酬是教职工劳动价值的回报,是其赖以生存和生活的基础。科学的薪酬管理可以激发教职员工的内在价值和创造潜力。高职院校薪酬管理应坚持以人为本的原则,综合考虑国家薪酬政策、从业人员的岗位特点、薪酬体系的科学性与可操作性及薪酬管理成本等,建立科学的基本工资制度、公正的绩效考评制度、差异化的薪酬调整方案,并实行等级化管理。
The benefit packages in higher vocational institutions, as a return to teachers on the value of their labour, is the basis of their life. The scientific management of it can motivate the staff " s potential value and creativity. The remuneration management of higher vocational institutions should insist on the people - oriented principle, and take national policies ,the characteristics of jobs, the scientific and operatable system, and the management cost into consideration, establish a scientific system of benefit pacages, an impartial appraisal system of performance, and a differentiation adjustment programs, implement the hierarchical management.
