摘要
利用表皮生物分析法 ,通过表皮条缓冲液中加CaCl2 研究了Ca2 +在H2 O2 促进蚕豆气孔关闭过程中的作用 .研究发现在不同浓度的H2 O2 溶液中加入 0 0 5mol/L和 0 0 0 5mol/LCaCl2 均能加强H2 O2 对蚕豆气孔关闭的促进作用 ,H2 O2 和Ca2 +浓度越高 ,气孔开度减小越明显 .推测在H2 O2 促进蚕豆气孔关闭过程中 ,保卫细胞质中Ca2 +浓度升高时的来源可能是质外体中的Ca2 +.
H 2O 2 could induce stomatal closure. The function of Ca 2+ during this process was investigated through adding CaCl 2 in the solution of H 2O 2.It was shown that 0 05 mol/L and 0 005 mol/L CaCl 2 can respectively enhance the decrease of stomatal aperture of Vicia faba L.. The Ca 2+ of apoplast of stomata may be the source of cytoplasmic Ca 2+ during H 2O 2 inducing stomatal closure of Vicia faba L..
