血清抗苗勒管激素、黄体生成激素水平与多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者促排卵疗效的关系 被引量:8

Relationship between serum anti-mullerian hormone, luteinizing hormone levels and stimulation of ovulation effect for infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的探讨血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、黄体生成激素(LH)水平与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者促排卵疗效的关系。方法选取PCOS不孕患者60例作为病例组,同期选取健康体检者60例作为对照组。病例组促排卵治疗前和对照组健康体检时采用电化学发光免疫法测定血清AMH水平,采用化学发光免疫法测定血清LH水平,分析血清AMH、LH水平与PCOS不孕患者促排卵疗效的关系。结果病例组体重指数明显高于对照组,卵泡数目明显多于对照组,卵巢体积明显大于对照组(P <0.05)。病例组血清AMH、LH水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05),病例组中有排卵者血清AMH、LH水平明显低于无排卵者(P <0.05)。病例组中,妊娠成功者血清AMH、LH水平明显低于妊娠失败者(P <0.05)。结论血清AMH、LH水平与PCOS不孕患者促排卵疗效具有紧密关系,可作为促排卵疗效的主要评定指标。 Objective To study the relationship between serum anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),luteinizing hormone(LH)levels and stimulation of ovulation effect for infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 60 infertile patients with PCOS were used as the case group and,at the same time,60 physical examinations were as the control group.For the case group(pre-therapy of stimulating ovulation)and control group(health check-up),serum AMH was detected by electrochemical luminescence immune,serum LH detected by chemiluminescence immune,and the relationship between serum AMH,LH levels and stimulation of ovulation effect for infertile patients with PCOS were analyzed.Results Body mass index of the case group was obviously higher than that of the control group,follicle amount was significantly bigger than that of the control group,and ovarian volume was also significantly greater(P<0.05).Serum AMH and LH levels of the case group were obviously higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the case group,serum AMH,LH levels of ovulation were significantly lower than none-ovulation(P<0.05).In the case group,serum AMH,LH levels of pregnancy successfully were significantly lower than those of the pregnancy failure(P<0.05).Conclusion It has a close relationship between serum AMH,LH levels and stimulation of ovulation effect for infertile patients with PCOS,can be used as the main evaluation indexes for promoting ovulation effect.
