摘要
目的:探讨多囊卵巢不孕患者服用补肾化痰汤对改善卵巢功能及妊娠的作用。方法:将103例多囊卵巢不孕患者随机将其分为对照组(n=51)与观察组(n=52);对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肾化痰汤,比较两组患者的卵泡刺激素值、黄体生成激素水平及排卵率、妊娠率。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组的卵泡刺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05),黄体生成激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的排卵率、妊娠率分别为80.8%、67.3%,对照组的排卵率、妊娠率分别为74.5%、54.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在多囊卵巢不孕患者常规西药治疗的基础上联合应用补肾化痰汤,能够更好地改善卵巢功能提高患者的妊娠成功率。
Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Huatan Decoction on improving ovarian function and pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovarian infertility. Methods:103 cases of patients with polycystic ovary infertility in our hospital were randomly divided into control group ( n =51) and observation group ( n =52). The control group was treated with Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Bushen Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group. The follicle stimulating hormone level, luteinizing hormone level, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results:After 3 months of treatment, the follicle stimulating hormone level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05), and the luteinizing hormone level was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were 80.8 % and 67.3 % respectively, while those in the control group were 74.5 % and 54.9 % respectively. The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Bushen Huatan Decoction and conventional western medicine can improve the ovarian function and the pregnancy success rate of patients with polycystic ovarian infertility.
