摘要
子宫内膜容受性改变是子宫内膜异位症不孕的主要原因之一,也是辅助生殖技术胚胎着床失败的重要原因,成为近年来研究的热点内容。越来越多的文献报道中药复方可通过影响在位内膜形态及微循环、调节雌孕激素及受体水平、改善氧化应激状态、调控着床相关因子表达、调整免疫平衡等多方面改善内异症子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠率及活产率。尽管临床医家治法不一,中药治疗靶点多样,但仍需大样本、多中心随机对照试验及基础研究证实其科学性、有效性。
Endometrial receptivity change is one of the main causes of infertility in endometriosis,and it is also an important reason for the failure of embryo implantation in assisted reproductive technology.It has become a hot topic in recent years.More and more reports in the literature on traditional Chinese medicine can improve the eutopic endometrial morphology and microcirculation,regulate estrogen and progesterone and receptor levels,improve oxidative stress,regulate the expression of implant-related factors,adjust immune balance and other aspects to improve endometriosis receptivity in endometriosis to improve pregnancy rate and live birth rate.Although clinical doctors have different treatment methods,traditional Chinese medicine treatment targets are diverse,still need large-scale,multi-center randomized controlled trials and basic research to confirm their scientificity and effectiveness.
