摘要
《1999-2001年俄罗斯学校思想道德教育发展纲要》确立了在长期基础上完善学校思想道德教育工作的目的、任务和方针。其实施已对俄罗斯年轻一代思想道德教育发展产生了积极的影响,并在两年内使教育系统内部形式发生了巨变。《2002-2004年俄罗斯学校思想道德教育发展纲要的基本方针和实施计划》则将这一专门纲要的实施进一步推向深入。两个文件的颁布体现了俄罗斯思想道德教育的发展趋势:恢复国家责任,人本主义的思想内核,构建新的思想道德教育系统。
Essentials of Moral Education Development in Russian Education System from1999to2001defines the goal,task and guiding principle in improving general moral education of the education system in the long run.The essentials has brought great changes to the internal form of the education system within two years,exerting positive influence on moral education development of the younger gen-eration of Russian.Guid ing Prin ciple and Enforce ment Plan of Essen tials of Moral Education De velop-ment in Russian Educa tion System from2002to2004will fur ther the enforce ment of the essen tials.They re veal the developing trends of moral education within Russian education system:resuming state re-sponsibility,humanist ideological core and establishing a new moral education system.
