摘要
公民教育中心(Центргражданскогообразования,简称ЦГО)是俄罗斯公民教育实施机构的重要组成部分,具有政策制定、课程开发、教师培训、活动组织等多重职能。在现阶段俄罗斯公民教育进程中,公民教育中心与普通教育机构形成了"双向互动式"的教育支持样态,极大地促进了俄罗斯公民教育发展。在其自身发展进程中,公民教育中心也面临着如何促进公民教育本土生长和实现"元公民教育研究"等现实问题。
Citizenship Education Center is an important part of implementing agencies in the Russian citizenship education with policy development, curriculum development, teacher training, and activities of the organization. Citizenship Education Center and schools formed ＂two-way interactive＂ kind of state support for education, and greatly promoted the development of Russian citizenship education. In own development process, Citizenship Education Center is also facing problems of how nous evolution and achieve ＂Element Problems to promote citizenship education in indigeof Citizenship education＂.
