摘要
目的:采用HPLC法对比吉马酮、莪术醇、莪术二酮在不同来源莪术中含量的差异。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,4. 6 mm×250 mm);流动相为乙腈-1%磷酸溶液;流速1. 0 mL·min-1;检测波长213 nm;柱温35℃。结果:17种不同来源莪术中三种有效成分含量差异明显。结论:对不同来源莪术中的有效成分含量的比较研究,可以为控制评价药材质量和临床合理用药提供依据。
Objective:By adopting the method of HPLC to compare the contents of Germacrone,Curcumol and Curdione in different sources Curcuma.Methods:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1%phosphoric acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 213 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Results:There were significant differences in the contents of the three active components in 17 different sources of curcuma.Conclusion:The comparative study on the contents of active ingredients in different sources of curcuma and can provide the basis for the control and evaluation of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical rational drugs use.
