摘要 建国以来,我国成人教育研究经过移植仿效到自我建构的转变,走出了一条具有中国特色的成人教育发展之路。成人教育学学科的建立、成人教育理论研究的发展、成人教育教学方式和教学手段的不断革新、成人教育质量评价体系的不断完善等,表现出了未来成人教育发展的五个发展趋势,即注重'以人为本'、理论创新以实践为导向、多元化评价体系的构建及完善、'双师型'教师队伍的逐渐建设、满足学生个性化需求的教学手段不断发展。 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the research of adult education has taken a road of development with Chinese characteristics through the transformation from transplantation and imitation to self-construction.The establishment of adult education disciplines,the development of theoretical research,the innovation of teaching methods and teaching tools,and the improvement of the quality evaluation system of adult education show five trends,including emphasizing the principle of being people-oriented,theoretical innovation oriented by practice,the construction and perfection of a pluralistic evaluation system,the gradual construction of double-qualified teachers and the continuous development of teaching tools meeting the students’individualized needs to the full.
