摘要
改革开放30年来,我国现代成人教育研究经历了初始起步、积极开拓、快速发展、拓展深化的过程,其具有有规律性发展、围绕社会变革的发展展开、论争中发展、职工教育研究突出的特点。
Reform and opening up for 30 years, China＇s modem adult education research has gone through the initial step, a positive development, rapid development, deepen the process of expanding, it has many characteristics, such as, developing with regularity, spreading around development of social transformation, developing in the debate, the research of personnel education is prominent.
