摘要
为了进一步提高成人的综合素质,培养符合国家发展趋势的人才,文章分析了目前成人教育存在的三方面问题,即教学目标界限模糊、教学评价指标导向性差、教学过程移植传统模式,从明确预期学习结果、确定恰当评估办法、规划相关教学过程三个阶段构建了面向成人教育的逆向教学模式,以改善当前成人教育面临的困境。同时,结合逆向教学模式的优势,构建了具体的教学实施策略,以适应成人学习者的社会责任需求,提升成人教育的教学效果。
In order to further improve the comprehensive quality of adults and cultivate talents in line with the national development trend,this paper analyzes the three problems existing in adult education,namely,the fuzzy boundaries of teaching objectives,the poor guidance of teaching evaluation indicators,and the transplantation of traditional model in the teaching process.From three stages of clarifying the expected learning results,determining the appropriate evaluation methods,and planning the relevant teaching process,a backward design model for adult education is constructed to improve the current difficulties faced by adult education.At the same time,combined with the advantages of backward design model,specific teaching implementation strategies are built to meet the needs of social responsibility of adult learners and improve the teaching effect of adult education.
