聚氨酯基体配比对芳纶增强聚氨酯复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Polyurethane Matrix Ratio on Mechanical Properties of Aramid Fiber Reinforced Polyurethane Composites

摘要 以甲、乙双组分聚氨酯为基体,芳纶为增强体,制备了不同基体配比的芳纶增强聚氨酯复合材料,并采用拉伸试验、弯曲试验、冲击试验等方法对其力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:随着聚氨酯中乙组份比例的增大,芳纶增强聚氨酯复合材料的拉伸断裂强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量也随之增大,断裂伸长率则随之减小,冲击韧度先增大后减小,当甲、乙组比例为10∶4时,冲击韧度最大。 Aramid fiber reinforced polyurethane composites with different matrix formulations were prepared by using A and B two components polyurethane as matrix and aramid fiber as reinforcement.The mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed by means of tensile test,bending test and impact test.The results show that with the increase of polyurethane component B,the tensile fracture strength,tensile elastic modulus,flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus of the aramid fiber reinforced polyurethane composites increased,and the elongation at break decreased.The impact toughness of the aramid fiber reinforced polyurethane composites increased first and then decreased.When the ratio of component A and B was 10∶4,the impact toughness was the highest.
