摘要 开发一套以工控机、LabVIEW软件及硬件为平台的焊接试件疲劳力学性能测试、分析系统。该系统由疲劳试验机对焊接试件进行加载,采用八个涡流传感器对试件表面进行在线监测。测试出对于不同的焊接工艺处理下,焊接试件的疲劳寿命、裂纹的萌发位置、时刻、扩展方向。从分析结果当中推测出应力的分布情况。 Developed a set of IPC LabVIEW software and hardware platform welded specimen fatigue mechanical properties testing, analysis system. The system consists of fatigue testing machine loaded welded specimens, eight eddy current sensor for on- line monitoring of the specimen surface. Test out for different welding Process, the fatigue life of welding specimens, crack germina- tion location, time, extension direction. Can be inferred from the results which the stress distribution.
