摘要
为分析水性聚氨酯外墙弹性建筑涂料的使用条件对其拉伸性能的影响,依据JG/T 172-2014的要求对涂料试件进行拉伸试验,分析了水溶液浸泡、温度、老化时间等对其拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:3种条件中水溶液浸泡对拉伸性能影响最大;拉伸性能随温度的升高先上升再下降;随老化时间的增长,拉伸性能逐渐下降。
In order to analyze the influence of different service conditions of waterborne polyurethane exterior wall elastic architectural coatings on tensile properties, tensile tests were carried out on the coating material sample according to the requirements of JG/T 172—2014, and the effects of aqueous solution immersion, temperature and aging time on the tensile properties of that were analyzed. The results show that the influence of three conditions on tensile properties of water solution immersion are the greatest. Tensile properties first rise and then decrease with the increase of temperature. With the increase of aging time, tensile properties gradually decrease.
