摘要
目的 :探讨血清Cu、Fe、Cr水平与冠心病的关系 ,为冠心病防治提供新的途径和依据。方法:采用病例对照研究方法 ,对186例冠心病和对照者 ,应用光谱扫描法测定了血清微量元素含量并运用单因素分析和某些特征分析等进行了较全面分析。结果:与对照组相比 ,冠心病患者Fe升高 (115.19±50.12与96.18±42.08) μg/d1,(P<0.001) ,Cu(88.28±44.25与106.79±36.34) μg/d1,(P<0.001)和Cr(1.22±0.61与1.46±0.76) μg/d1,(P<0.001)降低 ;且Cu、Fe、Cr与冠心病存在剂量反应关系。结论:血清微量元素Cu、Fe、Cr等是冠心病的重要影响因素 ,其中Fe是冠心病的危险因素 ,Cu、Cr等为保护性因素 ;微量元素在冠心病的预防、诊断。
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum Cu?Fe?Cr and coronary heart disease(CHD)in order to provide the new way and scientific informations for prevention,conˉtrolling and curing on CHD.Methods:A case-control study was carried out,and optical Specˉtrum Sweeping instrument was used to determine the trace elements in serum in patients(n=186)with CHD and a control group(n=186).Datum was analyzed with Single Factor Exˉperiment and Feature Analysis.Results:Compared with control group,the patients with CHD had higher the serum contents of Fe(115.19±50.12vs96.18±42.08μg/d1,P<0.001)and lower the contents of Cu(88.28±44.25vs106.79±36.34μg/d1,P<0.001)and Cr(1.22±0.61vs1.46±0.76μg/d1,P<0.001);there was dose-effect relation between Cu,Fe,Cr and CHD.Conclusion:Cu,Fe,Cr were important influential factors of CHD.Of them,Fe was risk and Cu,Cr were defensive factors of CHD.Trace elements were going to play the significant role in prevention,controlling and diagnosis,curing for CHD.
