摘要
目的 :观察小鼠体内褪黑素水平对外周血中血清铜、锌离子浓度的影响 .方法 :将正常光照条件下共同饲养 1wk的 1 5只小鼠随机分为A ,B ,C 3组 ,每组 5只 .将A组小鼠置于正常光照条件下 ,B组小鼠置于持续光照条件下 ,C组置于持续光照条件下并注射褪黑素 ,用原子吸收法测定外周血血清铜、锌离子浓度 .观察 3组数值的差异 .结果 :B组小鼠血清锌离子浓度 (2 4 .8± 0 .4 )低于A组 (31 .5± 0 .4 )和C组(2 8.2± 0 .5 ) ,P <0 .0 1 .B组小鼠血清铜离子浓度 (1 9.0± 0 .9)高于A组 (1 4 .1± 0 .5 )和C组 (1 7.0± 0 .6 ) ,P <0 .0 1 .结论 :褪黑素在体内有升高血清锌离子浓度 ,降低血清铜离子浓度的作用 。
AIM: To investigate whether melatonin has distinct effects on [Cu 2+ ] or [Zn 2+ ] in serum of mice. METHODS: Mice raised in normal condition for one week were divided into 3 groups, with five in each group. Group A was kept in normal condition; Group B was raised with light both during the day and at night. Treated Group C was raised under the same conditions as Group B and was injected with melatonin everyday. The [Cu 2+ ] and [Zn 2+ ]in serum were measured by using atomic absorptiometry. RESULTS: The [Zn 2+ ] in serum of group B (24.8±0.4) was lower than that of Group A (31.5±0.4) and Group C (28.2±0.5), ( P <0.01). The [Cu 2+ ] in serum of Group B (19.0±0.9) was higher than that of Group A (14.1± 0.5) and Group C (17.0±0.6), ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Melatonin can increase the serum [Zn 2+ ]but reduce the serum [Cu 2+ ], which may be related to the upregulation of immunity function.
