摘要 本文观察了褪黑素(Melatonin;MT)对低温、缺氧、束缚、噪音、光扰乱应激的对抗作用.实验发现:MT1,5,10μg/kg腹腔注射(ip)使小鼠常压缺氧条件下的存活时间明显延长,其作用显著强于人参皂甙.将MT加入培养基中培养40天的果蝇放入-5℃冰箱中3.5h后,雄性果蝇的存活率由对照组的6.6%升高到98%,雌蝇的存活率由3.4%升高到100%.冷水束缚使动物的免疫功能下降,并产生胃溃病,MT可显著缩小束缚应激溃疡的面积,对抗束缚应激导致的血清补体水平降低.将小鼠放在92dB强噪音下30min,其免疫功能明显下降,MT5,10μg/kg腹腔注射可显著对抗噪音产生的免疫抑制.光周期频繁颠倒亦使小鼠的免疫功能明显降低,MT5μg/kg腹腔注射可显著对抗光扰乱引起的白细胞计数、淋巴细胞百分率下降,提高受抑的中性粒细胞吞噬功能及血清溶血素水平.因此,MT在不同应激模型上,特别在噪音、束缚、光扰乱等精神应激模型上,显示出较强的抗应激活性.提示MT的抗应激作用可能是其抗衰老作用的原因,MT可用于恶劣环境下,对机体产生保护作用. It was observed that melatonin(MT) exerted a counteraction on the stress induced by low temperature, hypoxia, noise, fetters and light-dark shift in male mice. It was found that MT prolonged the lifespan of mice significantly under hypoxia in doses of 1,5 and 10μg/kg by intraperitoneal injection(ip). It was 1000 folds more potent than ginseng saponins. When fruit flies cultured with MT were put in an ice box of -5℃ for 3.5h, the mortality was decreased significantly in both males and females. The immune response was decreased and gastric ulceration was produced in mice under fetter stress, MT could limit ulceration and restore immune function. MT also restored the immune activity decreased by strong noise and lightdark shift condition. It is concluded from the above that MT produces a strong anti-stress action against various types of stressor.
