省级示范性幼儿园学习环境质量个案研究 被引量:2

A Case Study on the Quality of Learning Environment in a Provincial Model Kindergarten

摘要 省级示范幼儿园是其他幼儿园的观摩基地,深入研究对幼儿发展有直接影响的学习环境质量非常重要。调查采用英国《幼儿园学习环境评量表》,研究团队扎根某幼儿园一个学期,全面搜集学习环境信息。调查发现幼儿园学习环境质量总体处于中上层次,展现三个方面的特色:形成了游戏为主的活动环境;洋溢民主、尊重与合作的人际环境;管理精细、充满关爱的制度环境。但也存在部分区域活动质量较低,制约孩子想象力和创新品质的发展,忽视幼儿私密空间的教育价值,漠视教师个人需求等问题。 Provincial model kindergartens are the demonstration bases for other kindergartens to observe. It is very important to deeply study the quality of learning environment that has a direct impact on the development of children. The survey adopted the'Learning Environment Rating Scale of Kindergarten'from Britain,and the research team took root in a certain kindergarten for a semester to collect comprehensive data on learning environment. The investigation shows that learning environment quality of the kindergarten is generally in the middle and upper level. Three features can be seen from the learning environment,namely,activity environment dominated by games,interpersonal environment permeated with democracy,respect and cooperation,and institutional environment with precision management and concern. However,there are also some problems such as low quality of regional activities which restricts the development of children’s imagination and innovation quality,ignorance of the education value of children’s private space,and overlook of the personal needs of teachers.
