摘要
义务教育学校教师绩效工资制度是继2006年中小学校第四次工资改革后,我国中小学校又一次工资制度的改革,是我国教育人事制度改革的深化,也是党和国家持续推进教育优先发展战略、促进义务教育均衡发展的又一重大举措。义务教育学校教师绩效工资制度自2009年1月实施以来,引起了社会的广泛关注,实施过程中所出现的一些问题也倍受争议。目前有关义务教育学校绩效工资制度的研究主要涉及绩效工资制度的研究、教师绩效考核、绩效工资政策实施的问题和效果、绩效工资满意度等方面。
Compulsory education school teacher merit pay system is another wage syetem reform of primary and secondary school,after the fourth time wage reform of primary and secondary school in 2006.It's also the deepening of personnel system reform of education,another great measure of promoting the education development priority strategy and the balanced development of compulsory education.Compulsory education teacher performance pay system has attracted the social wide attentions and has received many controversies since it was implemented on January 1,2009.For now,studies about it mainly involved the meta-study of performance wage system,teacher performance appraisal,its implementation effect and problems,merit pay satisfaction,etc.
