摘要
正在推行的高校岗位绩效工资制是一把"双刃剑",一方面能有效地促进高校管理效率的提高,另一方面有可能带来负面的影响和某些实际问题。这里针对岗位绩效工资制推行的现状,分析其优势和存在问题,提出相应的对策建议,旨在为高校岗位绩效工资制度的完善提供参考。
The merit pay system which is being implemented in the higher educational institutions is a double-edged sword. On one hand, it can greatly improve the management; on the other hand, it may make adverse reaction in practice. This article analyzes the strength and problems of merit pay system, providing countermeasures and references for the improvement of the system when applied in higher educa- tional institutions.
