摘要
采用络合沉淀、并行低速加料法制备了Al取代和Al与Zn复合取代α Ni(OH) 2 样品 ,研究了其结构、表面形貌和电化学性能。结果表明 :用该种方法制备的α Ni(OH) 2 颗粒呈规则的球形且表面粗糙 ;与Al单独取代α Ni(OH) 2 相比 ,Al与Zn复合取代α Ni(OH) 2 颗粒的球形度和活化性能有所降低 ,放电电位和循环稳定性有所提高。α Ni(OH) 2 的红外光谱、X射线衍射及样品电极的电化学阻抗谱测试结果表明 ,复合添加Al和Zn提高了氢氧化镍的结构稳定性 。
Al-substituted α -Ni(OH) 2, Al and Zn co-subs ti tuted α -Ni(OH) 2 were prepared by a complexation-precipitation and paral lel slow feeding method, and their structure, morphology and electrochemical per formance were studied. The experimental results show that the α -Ni(OH) 2 particles display spherical shape and rough surface. The sphericity and activati on performance of Al and Zn co-substituted α -Ni(OH) 2 are lower than tho se of Al-substituted α -Ni(OH) 2, however, the half discharge potential a nd the cycling stability are higher. The results of Fourier transform infrared s pectroscopy (IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical impedance spect roscopy (EIS) show that the co-doping of Al and Zn increases the structural sta bility and decreases the crystallite size and the charge transfer resistance.
