摘要
采用先进的固定化酶技术自行研制开发生物改性添加剂,并将该添加剂应用于膨胀烟丝,改变了传统的烟草添加剂的设计思路。针对烟气的物理特性结合生物改性添加剂的特殊优势对膨胀烟丝的内在品质进行应用研究,结果表明,新型烟草添加剂可明显改善膨胀烟草的品质,有效提高了其工业可用性,具有较广阔的应用前景。
The new type of biosurfactant has been prepared by using biology immobilized technology. The new tobacco additivity was used in expanded tobacco rod. The effect of condition of preparation on reaction rate and internal quality of expanded tobacco was examined. The result show that the quality and industry usage in expanded tobacco has been enhanced.
