介绍了干冰法膨胀烟丝浸渍器和CO2回收过程中混有空气的状况,分析了回收系统设备的运行工况和性能,通过在CO2冷凝器上增设自动排气阀代替原手动阀,提高了冷凝CO2的效能,改善了设备运行工况,降低了CO2损耗。
The state of air intrusion in the tobacco impregnator and in CO_2 recycling system was introduced, the (operation) and performance of the recycling equipment were analyzed. An automatic air release valve was in place of the original manual valve to release the air automatically out of the CO_2 condenser, the efficiency of CO_2 condensing was thus increased, the running state of equipment was improved, and the consumption of CO_2 was reduced.
