摘要 综述了国内外植物聚戊烯醇的研究近况 ,对其化学结构和含量分布、纯化和分析方法、应用及其药物开发等方面进行阐述 ,为国内聚戊烯醇的药物开发和应用提供了新思路。 Polyprenols exist extensively in green needles of Pinaceac and Ginkgo biloba L.The structure of polyprenols consists of different numbers of isoprenyl units ranging by special turns, and the structural type of betulaprenol is similar to that of dolichol in human body. The chemical constitute, distribution, purification and analysis of polyprenols as well as the application in medicine or health products were reviewed.
