摘要
为提高对聚戊烯醇的萃取效率,用[BMIM]PF6-AgBF4体系对银杏叶提取物中聚戊烯醇(polyprenols,PPs)进行π-配位萃取。结果表明,在23℃下,以正己烷为溶剂,ρ(PPs)=2 g/L、料液比(原料液与萃取剂体积比)为1∶1时,聚戊烯醇的萃取率达到93.13%,而此时萃取剂中c(Ag+)=0.02 mol/L,萃取耗时2 h。与之前用AgNO3甲醇水溶液体系相比,本体系萃取PPs所需Ag+浓度低、反应时间短。萃取剂重复使用3次,提取率没有明显下降,聚戊烯醇平均得率为91.21%。
To improve the extraction yield of polyprenols ( PPs), the novel π-complexing extractant that consisted of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ( [ BMIM ] PF6 ) containing AgBF4 was used to extract PPs from the extracts of Ginkgo leaves. The results show that the extraction rate of PPs reached 93.13% at 23℃ when the initial concentration of PPs in n-hexane was 2 g/L, silver iron concentration in the extractant was 0. 02 mol/L, the volume ratio of material solution to extractant was 1:1 and extraction time was 2 h. Compared with the previous methanol aqueous AgNO3 extractant, [ BMIM ] PF6-AgBF4 extractant showed much lower silver iron concentration and significantly shorter operation time. When the extractant was recycled three times ,the average extraction rate was 91.21%, showing no obvious decline.
