摘要
目的 建立林可霉素相关物质的LC ESI MS分析方法 ,对林可霉素相关物质进行分析确定。方法利用分析柱 ,经柱后分流 ,电喷雾电离 ,正离子检测 ,分析确定林可霉素中出现的各个相关物质。结果 用建立的方法 ,分析确证了林可霉素中的 4个主要相关物质 ,它们分别为林可霉素B组分及异构体、林可霉素异构体、林可霉素同系物。结论 本文建立的LC ESI MS方法可用于该品种的质量研究 ,并为该品种的质量控制和稳定性研究提供了重要依据。
Objective To establish an LC-ESI-MS method for the analysis of relative substances of lincomycin and determine the relative substances. Methods By using analytical column, post-column split, electrospray ionzation and positive ion minitoring, the samples were analysed for determination of relative substances of lincomycin. Results Four relative substances were determined. They were licomycin B, isomer of licomycin B, licomycin and homolog of licomycin, respectively. Conclusion The established method can be used for the reserch of relative substances of product. The four relative substances are useful for quality control and stability study of lincomycin.
