摘要 本文就液相色谱与质谱联用技术(LC-MS)在抗生素类药物研究中的应用作一综述。对抗生素的检测方法的发展,以及液相色谱与质谱联用技术在抗生素的鉴别、含量测定、有关物质检测、药物动力学和临床前研究中的应用做了简要的介绍。 The review introduced the lasted development of LC-MS Multiple Techniques application on investigation in antibiotic.Introduced the development of antibiotic detection methods,and the applications of HPLC and MS multiple techniques on identification,assay,related substance,pharmacokinetics,preclinical study in antibiotic.
