摘要
利用机械系统仿真软件 ADAMS建立了摆线针轮减速机虚拟样机模型 ,探讨了建立虚拟样机模型过程中的关键技术。利用该虚拟样机对天津减速机总厂 XW8175 11型摆线针轮减速机的传动比进行了验算 ,分析了针齿与摆线轮之间的受力状况。结果表明 。
The virtual prototype of planet cycloid gearing was built by using mechanical system simulation software ADAMS. The key technology about the virtual prototype was studied. The validation test of the transmission radio of XW817511 planet cycloid gearing made in Tianjin Reducer Factory was carried out and the forces between the pin and cycloidal gear were analysed. The consistence of virtual prototype and theoretical calculation was confirmed.
