摘要
为了了解环板式行星分度凸轮机构的受力情况,以便对机构的针齿进行强度校核,从而进行强度设计,故对凸轮与针齿之间的受力情况进行了分析。用向量对凸轮与针齿的啮合状态、受力状态及受力针齿进行了数学表示,建立了变形协调条件,根据力矩平衡条件求出了凸轮与针齿之间的作用力的大小和方向。研究结果表明,该机构存在凸轮与某些针齿脱离接触的时刻,接触的针齿未必参与受力,针齿是否参与受力要根据该时刻该接触点的压力角大小而定,针轮所受总啮合力的变化规律与从动件的运动规律一致。
In order to check and design the rollers' strength of the ring--plate--type planetary in- dexing cam mechanism, the force between the cam and the rollers was analyzed. Vectors were used to show the meshing, the stress, and the stressed rollers. Deformation compatibility condition was established. The acting force between the cam and the rollers was calculated according to the moment balancing condition. It is concluded that sometimes the cam is not in contact with all rollers and not all the contact rollers are stressed. The rollers which are stressed were determined by the meshing and press angle in the cam--roller pair. The various rule of total acting force on the rollers is uniform with the follower law.
