摘要
对目前国内外减速机市场和减速机的结构形式进行了对比。对带均载机构的行星摆线针轮减速机的结构、受力、均载理论进行了分析;并提出了相应的计算方法。通过对新产品的设计、制造与实验,验证了提升承载能力的可靠性,证实了采用该方法的有效性与实用性。
A contrast had been carried out on the speed reducer markets of the present time at home and abroad and the structural forms of speed reducer. Introduction and analysis on the structure, received force and uniform load theory of planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer that bears uniform loading mechanism were carried out. The theoretical analysis on the speed reducer from the angle of finite element was firstly carried out and the corresponding calculation method was put forward. By means of design, manufacture and experiment of the new product, the reliability for evidently raising the load carrying capability of this product was validated. The effectiveness and practicability of adopting that method were verified.
