摘要
用荧光光谱和UV Vis吸收光谱技术研究了肌红蛋白(Mb)和Cu2+的相互作用,结果表明在水溶液中Cu2+的加入使Mb中血红素在597nm处的荧光峰强度降低,也使Mb在407nm处的Soret带的吸收峰强度减弱,清楚地表明Cu2+与Mb发生了相互作用。
The interaction between Cu2+ and Mb was studied with fluorescence and UVVis absorption spectra. It was found that when Cu2+ was added into the Mb solution,the fluorescence peak at 597?nm and the Soret band at 407?nm in the UVVis absorption spectra also decrease. It demonstrated that Cu2+ interacts with Mb.
