摘要
采用文献资料、相关分析、灰色关联分析和回归分析等方法 ,以优秀女子跳远运动员关英楠专项成绩与专项素质的指标为例进行综合分析 ,找出了影响女子跳远运动员专项成绩的主要身体素质指标 ,建立了跳远专项成绩的预测模型 ,为科学预测和诊断跳远运动员专项素质与专项成绩发展水平 。
Based on the documentation,relevance analysis,pessimistic connection analysis and regression analysis,a synthetic analysis on the relationship between performance and specific fitness indexes is made in elite female long jumper Guan Ying nan.The main physical fitness affecting the specific performance are found and the anticipatory model of specific performance are set up.This results provide the referential basis for forecast and diagnosing the developing level of athletes special fitness and performance,as well as for control training.
