摘要
采用文献资料法、灰色关联分析方法等研究方法,对我国女子跳远运动员关英楠的9个专项素质与运动成绩的主次影响关系进行研究,分析影响关英楠运动成绩提高的主要因素,同时,建立了关英楠的成绩的专项素质训练模型,为教练员的训练提供参考依据。
By methods of literature and grey correlation, this paper has studied the relation between the special physical fitness and the performance of Chinese female jumper Guan ying-nan, and found the improvement of her performance . And some training suggestions have been put forward here as well.
