摘要
思想政治学科由于其特殊的学科性质,对任职教师提出了一定的要求。文章从胜任力的角度出发,根据胜任力的相关概念和思想政治学科的特殊性提出了思想政治教师胜任力的内涵和六项胜任特征,并对这一课题的未来发展前景进行了一定的分析。
Owing to the special discipline nature of ideology and politics course, it puts forward some specific requirement to the teachers. From the angle of competence, the write advance the intension of ideology and politics teachers' competence and six kinds of competency on the basis of correlate concept of compe-tence and characteristic of ideology and politics course. At last, the writer analyses the development prospect of this problem.
