摘要
加强高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,是保证立德树人质量的关键环节。思政课教师队伍的制度建设、保障机制、评价机制等外在维度与思想政治品质、道德素养、专业水平、教育教学能力等内在维度构成了新时代高校思政课教师胜任力的“硬核”要素。本研究从新时代思政课教师队伍建设内、外两个维度所呈现出的新现象、新问题出发,分析思政课教师队伍建设中应树立的质量意识与建设标准,以充分发挥其“立德树人、铸魂育人”的时代作用,实现提高思想政治理论课实效性的目的。
Strengthening the team construction of ideological and political theory teachers is the key to improve teaching quality.The external dimensions of the teachers,such as system construction,guarantee mechanism and evaluation mechanism,along with the internal dimensions,including their ideological,political and moral qualities,professional accomplishments and educational and teaching abilities,constitute the"core"elements of the competence of ideological and political courses teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.Starting with the new phenomena and problems both in the internal and external dimensions of the ideological and political course teachers'team construction in the new era,this study analyses the quality and the standard that should be established in the construction of ideological and political course teachers,so as to give full play to its role of"cultivating people by virtue,casting souls and educating people",and realize the purpose of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course.
