摘要
对常见的几种高压变频器主电路拓扑结构进行了简单分析 ,着重介绍了IGBT直接串联高压变频器的主电路结构及高速功率器件直接串联技术、正弦波技术、抗共模电压技术等三项关键核心技术 。
This paper analyzes main circuit's topology structures which is used in several commonly used high voltage inverters.It puts emphasis on the main circuit's topology structure of IGBT in direct series high voltage inverter,also the kind of inverter's three key technology:high speed power component in direct series,sin wave technology,anti voltage of common mode.Several high voltage inverters' performance is also compared
