摘要
着重介绍了 IGBT 直接串联高压变顿器的主电路以及高速功率器件直接串联技术、正弦波技术、抗共模电压技术等三项关键核心技术。并对几种高压变频器的性能进行了较为详细的比较。介绍了高压变频器在韶钢炼钢厂冲渣泵的节能应用,对在节能方面的效果做了计算分析。
This paper emphasizes on the main circuit＇s topology structure of IGBT in direct series high voltage inverter,also the kind of inverter＇s three key technology：High speed power component in direct series.sin wave technology,and anti voltage of common mode.Several high voltage inverter＇s performance is also compared.Its application in rush pump of pudding factory in SGIS Shaoshan Co.,Ltd,energy-saving is also analyzed.
