摘要 绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)作为电子开关功率器件因其只能应用于低电压、小功率范围内,影响了电子技术在电力系统中的应用。文章阐述了IGBT直接串联技术的原理及应用,提出了构筑新的电力系统的设想。包括在发电、输电、配电、用电等全过程中,最大限度地采用电力电子技术,构造出高效、经济、方便的交直流混合电力系统,用以不断地优化现有能源的转换效率,实现电力电子技术可持续发展。 As electronics switch power device, IGBT impact the application of electronic technology in power system because it only can adopt in low voltage and small power system. The paper introduced the application and the principle of the IGBT direct series connection technology. The conception on building new power system is put forward. In the course of power generation, power transmission, distribution and electricity utilization, it will maximize the use of power electronic technology and build AC/DC combined power system. It will optimize the energy conversion efficiency continuously to realize the sustainable development of power electronic technology.
