摘要
排水沥青路面因具有大空隙、耐磨抗滑、雨天行车无水雾、低噪音等优点,目前被广泛推广应用。为进一步提高排水沥青路面的路用性能,文中通过向SBS改性沥青中掺加6%、8%、10%和12%4种不同比例的HVA高黏改性剂制备复合改性沥青,对复合改性前、后沥青进行试验,并对确定最佳掺量的复合改性排水沥青混合料进行高温稳定性、低温性能、水稳定性试验研究。结果表明:推荐方案的复合改性排水沥青混合料在高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性等方面均好于SBS改性排水沥青混合料。高黏剂的加入可显著改善沥青混合料的路用性能,提高排水路面的耐久性,具有一定的推广价值。
Porous asphalt pavement is currently in a wide range of popularization and application due to its large gap,wear and anti-slip,no water sprays and low noise.In order to further improve the road performance of the porous asphalt pavement,this paper prepares the composite modified asphalt by adding different proportions of HVA high viscosity modifier to the SBS modified asphalt,and tests the asphalt before and after the composite modification.The optimum modified amount of composite modified porous asphalt mixture is determined by high temperature stability,low temperature performance and water stability.The test results show that the composite modified porous asphalt mixture of the recommended scheme is better than the SBS modified Porous asphalt mixture in high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability.High viscosity can significantly improve the road performance of asphalt mixture and the durability of drainage pavement,which has a certain promotion value.
