排水式树脂沥青混合料OGFC-13的改性试验 被引量:5

摘要 选择目前市场常用浅色树脂胶结料,采用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(styrene butadiene styrene block polymer,SBS)改性剂提高树脂胶结料的技术性能,并在此基础上,通过专用高黏改性剂A与SBS复合改性的方法,使树脂透水沥青混合料开级配抗滑磨耗层(open graded friction course,OGFC)-13的路用性能得到明显改善。结果表明:当SBS与树脂沥青的质量比为0.13时,可满足改性树脂沥青的技术要求,但难以满足OGFC-13高温稳定性要求;高黏改性剂A与SBS树脂沥青的质量比为0.09时,复合改性SBS树脂沥青混合料OGFC-13的路用性能指标均满足要求,且抗飞散、抗车辙、抗水损害能力得到显著提高。 Selecting the light-colored resin binder commonly used in the market at present,a large amount of SBS(styrene butadiene styrene block polymer)modifier is used to improve the technical performance of the resin binder.On this basis,through the method of combining the special high viscous modifier A with the SBS compound modification,the road performance of OGFC(open graded friction course)-13 of the permeable resin asphalt mixtureis is obviously improved.The results show that when the mass ratio of SBS and resin asphalt is 0.13,the technical requirements of modified resin asphalt can be met,but it is difficult to meet the requirements of the high temperature stability of OGFC-13;when the mass ratio of the high-viscosity modifier A and the SBS resin asphalt is 0.09,the road performance indexes of OGFC-13 of the resin asphalt mixture of compound modification SBS meet the requirements;and moreover,the ability to resist scattering,rutting and water damage is significantly improved.
