排水路面沥青混合料的连通空隙影响分析 被引量:9

摘要 通过成型不同级配排水沥青混合料试件,测算连通空隙率,进而分析影响连通空隙率的主要因素.结果表明:相同级配的混合料的连通空隙率受沥青粘度的影响,普通70#沥青、橡胶沥青、高粘沥青混合料的空隙率都在19%左右,但连通空隙率分别为14%,11%,8%,相差较大;当具有相同沥青膜厚度及相同空隙率时,公称粒径越大,连通空隙率越大,连通空隙率在OGFC-5到OGFC-10的涨幅最大、OGFC-10到OGFC-13的涨幅不明显;随着筛孔2.36mm通过率的增大,空隙率与连通空隙率均随之减小,且空隙率与连通空隙率之间的差值会逐渐增大,当空隙率为15%时,连通空隙率已不满足排水性能的要求. The drainage asphalt mixture specimens were formed with different gradations,the measure connected void was measured,the main factors affecting connected void were analyzed.The results show that:the connected void ratio of mixture with the same gradation is affected by the viscosity of asphalt.The void ratios of ordinary 70#asphalt mixture,rubber asphalt mixture and high viscous asphalt mixture are all about 19%,but the connected void ratio is 14%,11%,8%respectively,which is different to 19%void ratio.For the same asphalt film thickness and void ratio,as the nominal particle size increases,the connected void ratio increases,the increment of connectivity void ratio between OGFC-5 and OGFC-10 is maximum,the increment between OGFC-10 and OGFC-13 is not obvious.As the pass rate of 2.36 mm sieve increases,both the void ratio and the connected void ratio decrease,and the difference between the void ratio and the connectivity void ratio increases gradually.For 15%void ratio,the connected void ratio cannot meet the requirement of drainage performance.
