机制砂对湿拌砂浆性能的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过设计不同粗细和级配的机制砂,研究了机制砂细度模数和级配对湿拌砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,当机制砂细度模数在1.2~3.0时,随着机制砂细度模数的增大,湿拌砂浆单方用水量减小,保水性下降,和易性和抗压强度呈先提高后降低,干缩率呈先减小后增大的变化规律。当机制砂公称粒径在0.315mm以上颗粒的分计筛余相同时,随着机制砂中小于0.315mm颗粒含量的增加,湿拌砂浆力学性能先提高后降低,干缩率先减小后增大。控制机制砂中小于0.315mm细颗粒含量为30%,机制砂中大于1.25mm颗粒含量超过30%时,湿拌砂浆拉伸黏结强度明显降低,干缩率显著增大。 Through the design of manufactured sand with different fineness modulus and gradation, the influence of fineness modulus and gradation of machine-made sand on the performance of wet-mixed mortar is studied. The results show that when the fineness modulus of sand is in the range of 1.2-3.0, with the increase of the modulus of sand, the water consumption of wet-mixed mortar is reduced, the water retention is decreased, the workability and compression strength increases first and then decreases, and the shrinkage rate decreases and then increases. When grader retained percentage of sand greater than 0.315mm is the same, the mechanical properties of the wet-mixed mortar are improved and then decreases, and the shrinkage rate decreases first and then increases with the increase of the content of particles less than 0.315ram in the sand. Control machine-made sand less than 0.315mm particle content of 30%, when the content of greater than 1.25ram particles is more than 30%, the tensile bond strength of wet-mixed mortar is obviously reduced and the shrinkage rate is significantly increased.
