摘要 合理使用教材是课程有效实施的关键。民族地区中学英语教师应该具备较强的教材"二次开发"能力,即能对既有的英语教材进行灵活运用,并能合理整合和自主开发教学资源。这不仅是民族地区英语课程有效实施的需要,也是教师专业能力发展的行为表现。因此教师要树立新型的教材观,准确把握课程标准理念,提高自我培训意识和能力,同时在教学中加强交流与合作,促进自身教材"二次开发"能力的提高。 The rational use of teaching materials is the key to the effective implementation of the curriculum. Secondary school English teachers in minority areas should have a strong ability of 'second development' of textbooks, that is, they can flexibly apply existing English teaching materials, and rationally integrate and develop their own teaching resources. This is not only the need of effective implementation of English Curriculum in minority areas, but also the behavior of teachers' professional ability development. Therefore, teachers should set up a new teaching concept, accurately grasp the curriculum standard idea,improve self training consciousness and ability, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation in education, promote the teaching material 'second development' to improve the ability.
