摘要
国内外关于教师素质的研究表明,教师专业能力是影响教育教学效果的决定因素。作为新世纪的教师,其专业能力主要包括了解学生能力、处理教材能力、教学监控能力、协调师生关系等人际关系能力。行动研究可以提高新世纪教师的专业能力,但必须坚持自主性、实践性和开放性的原则。
Either the overseas or the domestic research es on teacher’s competence indicate that teacher’s professional capabilities are the determinative factors for teaching effect.The professional ca-pabilities of the teachers in the new century conclude several categories,such as knowing the students’capabilities,dealing with teaching materials,controlling teaching process,keeping the relations between teach ers and students harmonious.Action-research can enhance the professional capabilities of teach ers in the new century,however some principles is critical,such as teachers’self -determination,practice -learn ing and on-limits.
