摘要
党支部是党的最基层组织,担负着党员培养,党性培育,意识形态阵地占领的重要职责。党组织生活作为支部教育的主要载体,目前主要以理论学习会的形式开展,这种灌输式的教育方式相对枯燥无味,实际教育效果较差。体验式党组织生活遵循教育学习规律,充分调动党员的学习主动性,以触动心灵为目标,将意识形态教育融于实践体验中,提升党员教育效果。
The Party branch is the basic organization of the party, being responsible for important duties of party spirit training, party members training, and occupying the position of ideologies. Life of the party organization as the main car-rier of education of party branch, mainly carried out in the forms of theory learning meetings at present. This kind of in-culcation education is relatively unacceptable, the actual effect of education being poor. Experiential life of party organ-ization follows the rules of education, arousing the Party member's learning initiative fully, setting the goal of touching people's hearts, integrating the ideology education into practice experience, letting the party spirit and philosophy deeply strike root in the hearts of the people.
