摘要
对高职院校人才培养过程的监控与评价有利于提高人才培养的质量。文章在简要说明评价原则的基础上,重点分析基于人才培养过程的校内与校外监控与评价体系的构建,对影响教学质量的校内监控与评价指标的评价内容进行了研究,对毕业生、企业和社会三方面教学质量的校外反馈信息的获取进行了探讨。这个监控与评价体系的建立有利于找出在人才培养过程中存在的各方面问题,进而有针对性地采取有助于提高人才培养质量的措施。
Supervision and assessment of talents' Cultivation in higher vocational college will help to improve the quality of talent training. Based on a brief description of the evaluation principles, this paper focus on the analysis of construction of monitoring and evaluation system based on talent cultivation process, for graduates, enterprise and the social three aspects of teaching quality of school feedback information are discussed. The establishment of the monitoring and evaluation system will help to find out the problems in the process of personnel training, so as to help to improve the quality of talent cultivation measures.
