摘要
建立科学、合理、高效的绩效考评体系是高校工作的重点,目前高职高专院校教师评价指标体系极不适应我国高等职业教育发展现状。本文以河南、湖北两地的高职高专院校为调查研究对象,在已经建立的普通高校教师评价指标体系的基础上,运用统计分析的方法,构建了适用于高职高专教师群体的评价指标体系。
Setting up scientific, reasonable, high efficient performance system is emphases of colleges and unvisities. At present the higher occupation senior specialized teacher' s appraising index system is extremely unsuitable for the present situation of higher occupation education development. This paper investigates the higher occupation senior specialized colleges and universities in Henan and Hubei. Based on the appraising index system that has been found, using statistical analysis method, setting up appraising index system that suit for higher occupation senior specialized teacher.
