摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查和AHP层次分析法,依据社会学统计原理,结合普通高等院校公共体育课程设置特点和学科发展实际,构建了包括体育教学、科研、竞技训练、群体活动等6项一级指标和23项二级指标的评价体系,确定了各评价指标的权重系数,建立了体育教师个体价值评价的数学模型,实证检验该评价体系具有一定的科学性和应用价值.
Based on principles of social statistics and applying such methods as documentary,expert interviews,questionaires and multi-AHP analysis,this essay combines the features of public sports curriculum in colleges and universities with academic development in order to set up a evaluation system including six first-graded evaluating indexes,twenty-three second-graded evaluating indexes on the basis of teaching,scientific research,athletic training and mass sports activity.The system determines the weight of each index factor and constructs a mathematical model of evaluation on individual value of P.E teachers.Practice shows that this evaluation system has scientific and application value.
